What is My Warner Stay?
This is a brand-new online portal, bespoke to Warner. Ultimately, it will give guests the opportunity to book any number of activities and experiences in advance of a break. For the launch, it’s set up exclusively for breakfast and evening dining reservations.
Why do I have to book my dining times?
We’re asking everyone to book dining times ahead of a stay so we can expertly plan and manage the flow of guests for a relaxed dining experience.
Do I have to book for every day?
Guests may have different plans for the duration of their break. The My Warner Stay portal allows guests to book times for breakfast and evening meal for each day of the stay. Choose the times that suit your plans.
When and how do I book my dining times?
For those with an existing booking we’ll be in touch before your arrival to let you know when booking becomes available. Guests making a new booking will receive an invitation to book their dining times minutes after the holiday booking is confirmed. We recommend that all guests give an email address at the time of booking in order to receive the most up-to-date notifications and alerts about their break.
I have multiple rooms booked do I have to book for my whole party?
Friends or family holidaying together have the choice to book the same breakfast and dinner times. We ask that the lead booker makes dining reservations for their whole party, or passing the booking details onto their group so these can be booked individually.
Can I book a table for more than two people?
If your booking includes two rooms and your party wishes to dine together as a group, the lead guest can select to book a table in the restaurant for up to four people. Our on-site team are able recognise all the people that are part of your social bubble so you’ll be able to be seated with each other. Guests travelling in larger parties than four will be seated at different tables. Our team will of course do their best to ensure friends and family are as close together as possible. We are currently capping tables at a maximum of 4 guests and the lead guest can book for all guests in the party. You can configure your tables how you wish to depending on your party size.
What if I change my mind?
Want to change your booking? There’s no need to call. Please make your request online.

My booking is for more guests, when I go to select a time it shows less spaces than my group size in the drop down?
If the time you have picked shows less spaces that means there is not enough availability and you need to choose a different time.
What if I change my break details, will I have to also rebook my breakfast and dinner times?
If you amend any of your break details, such location, dates, number of nights or number of people in your party new dining reservations should be made for each day of your stay. Use your surname and booking ID as usual to log into My Warner Stay to book breakfast and dinner times.
How far in advance do I have to book?
Dining needs to be booked at least 48 hours before a stay. Otherwise, we’ll allocate times for you before your arrival.
What if I have a special request?
Currently, My Warner Stay doesn’t capture special requests. Should you have any specific requests about your dining times please speak to a member of the hotel/village team on your arrival. We cannot guarantee to meet all special requests, however we will do our best.
What else will be launched on My Warner Stay in the future?
Pre-booking times for breakfast and dinner is just the first stage of this online portal. Going forward, it’ll be developed further with the addition of activities, trips out, spa treatments, afternoon tea, room accounts (and more). They’ll all be available to book or manage in advance to enable guests to truly personalise their holiday experience with the click of a button.
